Terms of Service

By creating a Pinky account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secret. Notify us immediately at adrianst1304@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Conduct

Payments

Fares are calculated at the time of booking and charged through Stripe after the ride completes. Drivers receive their share via Stripe Connect. Disputed charges should first be raised with us before filing a chargeback.

Safety

Pinky provides safety features (live location sharing, route deviation detection, trusted contacts, emergency alerts) as convenience tools. They do not replace emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, call local emergency services first.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation policies are shown inside the app before you confirm a booking. No-shows and late cancellations may incur a fee. Refunds for legitimate service failures are issued at our discretion within 10 business days.

Availability and changes

We may modify or discontinue the service, add or remove features, or change pricing at any time. Material changes to these terms will be announced in-app at least 7 days before taking effect.

Limitation of liability

Pinky is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damages from acts of other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraud, or safety concerns, without prior notice when necessary.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Pinky is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
